What if my ring arrives damaged or defective?

All rings are inspected before shipping, but if yours arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll immediately ship a replacement at no cost or process a full refundโ€”your choice. Our 2-year warranty also covers any manufacturing defects.
