At THRIVE Cycling (operated by LK Technologies ACN 667084899), we stand behind the quality of our products. Every THRIVE product is backed by our world-class 2-year warranty and 30-day money-back guarantee, giving you confidence in your purchase and peace of mind.
SECTION 1 - 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
1.1 Our Promise
If you don't like your THRIVE product for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to arrange a return and receive a full refund. No questions asked.
1.2 What's Covered
- All THRIVE products including HELIOS Smart Ring, Cliq Smart Light, Farina Smart Light, and accessories
- 30 days from delivery date (as confirmed by tracking information)
- Full refund of product purchase price
- No restocking fees
- No questions asked - we want you to be completely satisfied
1.3 Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, products must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition with all accessories and packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse or abuse (normal testing and use is expected)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
1.4 What's Not Refundable
The following are non-refundable:
- THRIVE Fitness App subscription fees - must be cancelled separately through the app
- Shipping costs - original shipping is free, but return shipping is your responsibility (unless product is defective)
- Optional protection plan fees (unless required by law or within protection plan terms)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers - refunds only available for purchases made directly from thrivecycling.io or authorized retailers
SECTION 2 - HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
2.1 Starting a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include: Order number, product name, reason for return (optional)

- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Return shipping address

Package your product:
- Include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation
- Pack securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Include return authorization number inside package

- Use a tracked shipping method
- Keep tracking information for your records
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless product is defective)
2.2 Return Shipping
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- Defective products: THRIVE covers return shipping if product is defective or damaged on arrival
- Tracking required: Always use tracked shipping - THRIVE is not responsible for lost returns
- Insurance recommended: We recommend insuring high-value returns
2.3 Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:

- We'll inspect the product to ensure it meets return conditions
- You'll receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results

Refund processing (5-7 business days):
- Refund issued to original payment method
- For Afterpay purchases: remaining payments cancelled, paid amounts refunded per Afterpay's policies
- You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed
- Total timeline: 7-10 business days from when we receive your return
SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ON ARRIVAL
3.1 Immediate Notification Required
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not return immediately - contact us first
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thrivecycling.io

Provide clear photos showing:
- Damaged product from multiple angles
- Damaged packaging (if applicable)
- Any visible defects
- Include your order number in the email
3.2 Our Response
Upon review of your claim, THRIVE will:
- Provide immediate replacement (shipped at no cost), OR
- Issue full refund including return shipping costs, OR
- Provide prepaid return label for damaged product return
3.3 Late Damage Reports
Claims for delivery damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, damage claims will be handled under our standard warranty (Section 4).
SECTION 4 - WORLD-CLASS 2-YEAR WARRANTY
4.1 Warranty Coverage
Every THRIVE product includes a 2-year limited warranty from delivery date covering:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Malfunctions during normal use
- Hardware failures not caused by user damage

4.2 Warranty vs. Money-Back Guarantee
- First 30 days: Use our money-back guarantee for any reason (change of mind, doesn't fit, etc.)
- After 30 days: Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions only

4.3 Ongoing Value
Your THRIVE products continue improving through:
- Free software updates with new features and improvements
- Long-term support - minimum 3 years of software updates
- No forced upgrades - your product remains fully functional without purchasing new hardware
SECTION 5 - PRE-ORDER SPECIFIC TERMS
5.1 Pre-Order Cancellations
For HELIOS Smart Ring pre-orders (and other pre-order products):
Before Shipping (any time before your order ships):
- Cancel anytime for full refund
- Contact info@thrivecycling.io with order number
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
After Shipping:
- Standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies from delivery date
- All standard return conditions apply

SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES
6.1 Product Exchanges
THRIVE does not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange a product:
- Return your original product following standard return process
- Receive your refund (7-10 business days after we receive return)
- Place a new order for the product you want
6.2 HELIOS Ring Size Exchanges
For HELIOS Smart Ring size exchanges within 30 days:
Option 1: Standard return process (as above)
Option 2: Extended Protection Plan benefits:
- If you purchased the 2-Year Extended Protection Plan with size insurance
- Contact info@thrivecycling.io for expedited size exchange
- Receive replacement ring before returning original (subject to hold on payment method)
SECTION 7 - REFUND DETAILS
7.1 What Gets Refunded
Full refund includes:
- Product purchase price
- Applicable taxes
7.2 What Doesn't Get Refunded
- Original shipping costs (though pre-orders receive free shipping)
- Return shipping costs (unless product is defective)
- THRIVE Fitness App subscription fees (cancel separately in app)
- Optional protection plan fees (unless within plan terms)
7.3 Refund Method
- Refunds issued to original payment method only
- Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on statement
- Afterpay refunds: Per Afterpay's refund policies
- Bank transfers: 5-10 business days depending on bank
7.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Product returned after 30 days (at THRIVE's discretion)
- Product returned without all original accessories or packaging
- Product shows excessive wear or damage beyond normal use
- Bonus items not returned with pre-order products
SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
8.1 International Customers
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies worldwide.
Important considerations:
- Return shipping costs are higher for international returns
- Customs duties or import taxes paid on original shipment are non-refundable
- You are responsible for any customs fees on returns
- Longer processing times due to international shipping
8.2 Return Procedure
Same as domestic returns (Section 2), but:

- Use tracked international shipping
- Declare accurate value on customs forms
- Allow additional time for international transit
SECTION 9 - REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
9.1 Customer Refusal
If you refuse delivery:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (though most orders have free shipping)
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from refund
- Product must be unopened to receive full refund
9.2 Undeliverable Shipments
If shipment is returned to THRIVE due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable for delivery (after multiple attempts)
- Customer did not collect from postal facility
Then:
- Return shipping costs deducted from refund, OR
- Reshipping fee charged if you want order re-sent
Always provide accurate shipping information and monitor tracking.
SECTION 10 - MULTIPLE PURCHASES
10.1 Returning Multiple Items
You may return some or all items from your order:
- Each product eligible for individual return within 30 days
- Partial returns are accepted
- Refund issued for returned items only
10.2 Bundle Purchases
If you purchased products as a bundle:
- Returning partial bundle may affect bundle discount
- Bundle pricing applies only when all items kept
- Returning individual items from bundle may result in adjusted refund based on individual product prices
SECTION 11 - LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS
11.1 After Delivery
Once products are delivered:
- Lost or stolen products are not covered by money-back guarantee
- Consider purchasing Extended Protection Plan for theft/loss coverage
- File police report and contact your credit card company's purchase protection
11.2 During Shipping
If your shipment shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Contact us within 5 business days at info@thrivecycling.io
- We'll investigate with shipping carrier
- Resolution provided based on carrier investigation results
SECTION 12 - SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
12.1 Medical or Personal Reasons
We understand life happens. If you need to return a product after 30 days due to:
- Medical reasons
- Significant life changes
- Other exceptional circumstances
Contact info@thrivecycling.io to discuss your situation. While we cannot guarantee acceptance, we review each case individually.
12.2 Warranty Service During Return Period
Within the 30-day return window, you can choose:
- Full refund under money-back guarantee, OR
- Warranty service (repair/replacement)
Warranty service may take longer than refund. We recommend using the money-back guarantee if you're unsatisfied with the product.
SECTION 13 - CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS
13.1 Your Legal Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
13.2 Australian Consumer Law
For Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
